Join Lily Taylor, Senior Clinical Pharmacist at Townsville Hospital and Health Service-Department of Health who will guide pharmacists through opioid management in patients with Chronic Non-Cancer Pain (CNCP) and develop their skills and confidence in providing solutions to opioid rationalisation, opioid rotation and cessation.
Pharmacists will be provided with various tools to formally provide guidelines and recommendation to prescribers in relation to opioid management.
