Pharmacists practicing in the Digital Health environment have a greater responsibility than ever before to ensure they are practicing within the law. Greater visibility of dispensing records means that pharmacists must ensure they are practicing within the requirements of the Privacy Act and the Healthcare Identifiers Act.
