How long will my order take to arrive?

For in stock items, goods are usually dispatched via Australia Post within 3 – 5 working days. For bulky or out of stock items, delivery times may be longer.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Usually yes, if no one is home Australia Post will leave instructions for collecting the parcel. Alternatively you can choose to have your goods delivered to a work address during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If you require international shipping please proceed with your order. Once your order has been recieved you will be contacted with shipping options and an invoice generated. Alternately you can Contact PSA to enquire about international shipping before placing an order.

I ordered the wrong product, what do I do now?

I ordered a digital product, what happens next?

Once your order has been processed you will be emailed access details for your product. Usually this occurs within 24hrs however orders placed outside of normal business hours may take longer to process.
